{"id":10290,"date":"2023-03-14T14:27:00","date_gmt":"2023-03-14T07:27:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/yiim.or.id\/launch-of-the-social-entrepreneurship-and-culinary-processing-training-program-for-150-members-of-the-bekasi-city-taklim-council\/"},"modified":"2023-03-14T14:27:00","modified_gmt":"2023-03-14T07:27:00","slug":"launch-of-the-social-entrepreneurship-and-culinary-processing-training-program-for-150-members-of-the-bekasi-city-taklim-council","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/yiim.or.id\/en\/launch-of-the-social-entrepreneurship-and-culinary-processing-training-program-for-150-members-of-the-bekasi-city-taklim-council\/","title":{"rendered":"Launch of the Social Entrepreneurship and Culinary Processing Training Program for 150 Members of the Bekasi City Taklim Council"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Pada hari Sabtu tanggal 11 Maret 2023 Yayasan Inspirasi Indonesia Membangun (YIIM) didukung PT Insight Investments Management (INSIGHT) bekerjasama dengan Badan Koordinasi Majelis Taklim Dewan Masjid Indonesia (BKMM) Kota Bekasi menyelenggarakan acara seremonial pembukaan kerjasamna program pelatihan kewirausahaan sosial bagi anggota BKMM Kota Bekasi dan masyarakat Pra Sejahtera.<\/p>\n<p>Acara tersebut dihadiri oleh 150 peserta dari kalangan ibu-ibu majelis taklim di Kota Bekasi dan para tamu undangan dari instansi pemerintahan dan organisasi masyarakat bertempat di kantor Kementerian Agama Kota Bekasi beralamat di Jl Ahmad Yani, RT 04\/RW 05, Kelurahan Marga Jaya, Kecamatan Bekasi Selatan, Kota Bekasi, Provinsi Jawa Barat. Agenda seremonial diadakan dari pukul 09.00 hingga 11.00 WIB yang kemudian dilanjutkan dengan pelatihan membuat kue kering dan kue basah sampai pukul 17.00 WIB, dimana menu yang diajarkan adalah menu kue nastar gulung dan kue <em>dessert box<\/em>. Adapun trainer pelatihan kuliner adalah Ibu Riccana Rosita dan Ibu Nur Hayati.<\/p>\n<p>Dalam acara seremonial tersebut dihadiri oleh Bapak Chrisbiantoro selaku Ketua Pengurus YIIM, Bapak Isnaeni Setiawan selaku Koordinator Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) PT Insight Investments Management (INSIGHT), Ibu Suwarti selaku Ketua BKMM Kota Bekasi, Bapak KH Jaja Djaelani selaku Ketua Dewan Masjid Indonesia (DMI) Kota Bekasi, Bapak Yayan Mulyana selaku Kepala Dinas Koperasi dan Usaha Kecil Menengah Kota Bekasi, Ibu Ella dari Dinas Tenaga Kerja Kota Bekasi, dan Ibu Wiwiek Hilwia Arif selaku Ketua Gabungan Organisasi Wanita (GOW).<\/p>\n<p>Kegiatan seremonial ini diawali dengan pembukaan sambutan dari Bapak Chrisbiantoro selaku Ketua Pengurus YIIM. Beliau menyampaikan, <em>&#8220;Kami YIIM mengucapkan syukur dan terima kasih diberikan kepercayaan oleh BKMM Kota Bekasi untuk membantu anggota BKMM dan masyarakat pra sejahtera untuk maju bersama dengan didukung oleh PT Insight Investments Management (INSIGHT). Semoga generasi pertama pelatihan ini semoga sukses, kita ingin bersama-sama memperkuat UMKM sesuai dengan spirit memperkuat UMKM, dimana kita tahu bersama bahwa UMKM merupakan penyelamatan ekonomi Indonesia Ketika krisis.&#8221;<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Kemudian Bapak Isnaeni Setiawan selaku Koordinator CSR PT Insight Investments Management (INSIGHT) memberikan sambutan <em>&#8220;Pada hari ini telah terlaksana acara pembukaan program pelatihan keiwrausahaan sosial bersama BKMM Bekasi dengan dimulai pelatihan memasak. Harapan saya dari terlaksananya prgoram ini dapat terus berkelanjutan. BKMM Bekasi dapat meningkatkan potensinya, ekonominya dan juga dapat memulai wirausaha mandiri.&#8221;<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Selanjutnya, Ibu Suwarti selaku ketua BKMM Kota Bekasi menyampaikan, <em>&#8220;Hari ini alhamdulillah terlaksananya program kewirausahaan sosial menjelang Idul Fitri pelatihan memasak kue nastar dan juga dessert box. harapan untuk kedepannya mengahadapi Idul Fitri, para UMKM bisa meningkatkan kreatifitas, skill, dan kemampuan mereka. Kami BKKM-DMI Kota Bekasi mengucapkan terima kasih atas kerjasama dan dukungannya dari PT Insight Investments Management (INSIGHT) dan Yayasan Inspirasi Indonesia Membangun. Terima kasih semoga berkah dan bermanfaat untuk para UMKM.&#8221;<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Dalam acara tersebut YIIM, PT Insight Investments Management (INSIGHT), dan BKMM Kota Bekasi akan berkolaborasi bersama mengadakan rentetan rencana kegiatan program pemberdayaan masyarakat berupa pelatihan membuat kue kering dan basah, pelatihan memasak <em>frozen food<\/em>, pelatihan menjahit, dan pelatihan dasar kepemimpinan, dan pelatihan <em>public speaking<\/em> yang diadakan sepanjang tahun 2023.<\/p>\n<p>Kegiatan ini selaras dengan Tujuan Pembangunan Berkelanjutan (Sustainable Development Goals\/SDGs) Nomor 1 tentang memerangi kemiskinan, Nomor 8 tentang pekerjaan layak dan pertumbungan ekonomi, dan Nomor 17 tentang kemitraan untuk mencapai tujuan.<\/p>\n<p>Sebagai lembaga non-profit YIIM sangat terbuka terhadap semua pihak yang ingin mendukung ataupun memberikan donasi dalam bentuk apapun.
