Dalam laporannya, media Tribunnews<\/strong> memberitakan bahwa tRIBUNJAKARTA.COM, KEBAYORAN BARU – PT Pertamina Training and Consulting (PTC) menggelar pelatihan barista<\/em> kopi bagi para penyandang disabilitas di Jakarta.<\/p>\n

Dalam pelatihan barista<\/em> kopi tersebut, PTC berkolaborasi dengan Yayasan Inspirasi Indonesia Membangun (YIIM).<\/p>\n

Direktur Utama PTC Teuku Mirasfi mengatakan, pelatihan itu digelar untuk menambah pengetahuan dan keterampilan para penyandang disabilitas.<\/p>\n

Dan yang terpenting, penyandang disabilitas dapat mandiri, setara, dan memiliki daya saing.<\/p>\n

“Pelatihan ini merupakan titik awal teman-teman untuk bisa berdaya secara mandiri dan bisa mengembangkan kapasitas teman-teman menjadi lebih kuat,” kata Teuku Mirasfi dalam keterangan rilisnya, Selasa (27\/9\/2022).<\/p>\n

“Sudah ada contohnya, salah satu alumni tahun sebelumnya, mas Aries, sudah naik tingkat menjadi asisten trainer untuk pelatihan ini. Kami akan pantau dan bantu supaya para peserta dapat mandiri melalui berwiraswasta kopi,” tambahnya.<\/p>\n

Sejak tahun 2017, lanjut Teuku, PTC melalui program TJSL memberikan perhatian kepada kelompok-kelompok inklusi disabilitas dengan berbagai latar kategori seperti autis, tunarungu, dan tunadaksa.<\/p>\n

Ia menuturkan, pelatihan barista<\/em> kopi untuk disabilitas merupakan tahun kedua bagi PTC untuk melanjutkan semangat pemberdayaan.<\/p>\n

“Kegiatan pelatihan ini dilaksanakan pada tanggal 19-21 September 2022 yang dilakukan secara daring maupun luring dengan sistem seleksi untuk menjaring penerima manfaat bantuan usaha,” ujar dia.<\/p>\n

Sebanyak 38 sahabat disabilitas terpilih dari kategori tunanetra low vision, tunarungu, dan tunadaksa untuk mengikuti pelatihan secara daring dan telah tersaring sebanyak 20 orang melalui sistem seleksi tertulis dan wawancara untuk mengikuti pelatihan langsung di Ko+labora Flexispace, Jakarta.<\/p>\n

“Dari total peserta tersebut, 10 peserta dari disabilitas tunarungu dan 9 peserta dari tunadaksa dan 1 peserta dari penyandang tunanetra low vision. Para sahabat tunanetra dibantu oleh dua orang interpretator dari JBI dalam menyimak materi,” terang Teuku Mirasfi.<\/p>\n

Materi yang diajarkan dalam pelatihan meliputi pengenalan alat barista<\/em> dan pembuatan menu espresso, praktik penggunaan alat kopi manual dan pembuatan menu manual brew seperti V60, vietnam drip, aero press, dan french press.<\/p>\n

Selain itu, peserta diajarkan membuat menu dasar seperti americano, long black, coffee latte, dan kopi susu kekinian.<\/p>\n

“Selain pelatihan secara aplikatif, peserta juga mendapatkan materi tentang perhitungan modal usaha kopi,” pungkas Teuku Mirasfi.<\/p>\n
