{"id":11437,"date":"2022-09-26T09:56:56","date_gmt":"2022-09-26T02:56:56","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/yiim.or.id\/training-for-underprivileged-residents-so-they-can-meet-market-demand\/"},"modified":"2022-09-26T09:56:56","modified_gmt":"2022-09-26T02:56:56","slug":"training-for-underprivileged-residents-so-they-can-meet-market-demand","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/yiim.or.id\/en\/training-for-underprivileged-residents-so-they-can-meet-market-demand\/","title":{"rendered":"Training for underprivileged residents so they can meet market demand"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Dalam laporannya, media <strong>ANTARA<\/strong> memberitakan bahwa pT Pertamina Training and Consulting (PTC) melatih wirausaha untuk masyarakat pra sejahtera di Jakarta Bogor Depok Tangerang dan Bekasi (Jabodetabek) agar produk mereka bisa bersaing, sekaligus memenuhi permintaan pasar.<\/p>\n<p>Corporate Communication &amp; CSR Officer PTC, Okeu Yudipratomo melalui keterangan tertulis di Jakarta, Selasa, menuturkan pihaknya menyasar warga yang terdampak pemutusan hubungan kerja, tunakarya, penyandang disabilitas dan eks warga binaan untuk mengikuti pelatihan tersebut.<\/p>\n<p>Pelatihan wirausaha angkatan pertama dimulai pada 2021 untuk merangkul masyarakat yang terdampak pandemi COVID-19,&#8221; kata Okeu.<\/p>\n<p>Pada 2022, Okeu menyebutkan PTC berkolaborasi dengan Yayasan Inspirasi Indonesia Membangun (YIIM) menjalankan Tanggung Jawab Sosial dan Lingkungan (TJSL) secara konsisten untuk mengembangkan kapabilitas masyarakat melalui ragam pelatihan, seperti pelatihan <em>barista<\/em> kopi, pelatihan &#8220;<em>frozen food<\/em>&#8221; dan pelatihan hidroponik.<\/p>\n<p>Tercatat selama 2021 sebanyak 31 wirausahawan &#8220;<em>frozen food<\/em>&#8221; dan hidroponik mampu masuk ke segmen yang dibutuhkan masyarakat sehingga dapat menjawab tantangan pasar, meningkatkan daya saing masyarakat, serta membangkitkan gairah ekonomi.<\/p>\n<p>Okeu mengungkapkan sebanyak 17 alumni pelatihan tahap pertama makanan olahan (<em>frozen food<\/em>) mengikuti pelatihan lanjutan secara daring dengan sistem seleksi bagi para peserta yang aktif dan memiliki kecakapan keahlian berdasarkan penilaian dari pemateri.<\/p>\n<p>Selanjutnya, delapan peserta terpilih mendapatkan materi pendalaman mengenai resep memasak makanan olahan, seperti ayam telur olahan (<em>chicken egg roll<\/em>) &#8220;<em>frozen food<\/em>&#8220;, kaki naga &#8220;<em>frozen food<\/em>&#8220;, resep pisang cokelat lumer, cara pengemasan dan perhitungan modal usaha.<\/p>\n<p>Sedangkan, peserta materi pertanian kota (urban farming) atau hidroponik juga mendapatkan pelatihan yang diikuti 11 orang, kemudian akan diseleksi menjadi delapan orang untuk menerima materi pengenalan instalasi, nutrisi, teknik penyemaian, perawatan, penanganan budidaya sayuran hidroponik dan peluang bisnis hidroponik.<\/p>\n<p>Selain itu, PTC dan YIIM juga melakukan pendampingan sertifikasi produk halal secara gratis bagi wirausahawan yang difasilitasi oleh World Halal Center.<\/p>\n<p>Okeu menuturkan program sertifikasi produk halal tersebut diadakan oleh Badan Penyelenggara Jaminan Produk Halal Kementerian Agama RI.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Sertifikat halal merupakan salah satu unsur penting untuk menjamin kualitas produk yang dijual sehingga dapat memenuhi ekspektasi dan kebutuhan pasar yang terus meningkat,&#8221; ucap Okeu.<\/p>\n<p><em>Publikasi ini disadur dari liputan media ANTARA sebagai bentuk transparansi dan dokumentasi keterbukaan informasi program Yayasan Inspirasi Indonesia Membangun (YIIM).
