Pertamina (Persero) kembali menggandeng Yayasan Inspirasi Indonesia Membangun (YIIM) menyelenggarakan pelatihan tingkat lanjut <em>barista<\/em> kopi dalam bingkai kewirausahaan sosial.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Tanggungjawab Sosial dan Lingkungan<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Program ini bagian dari Tanggungjawab Sosial dan Lingkungan (TJSL) PT. Pertamin Training &amp; Consulting, dimana tahun 2022 PTC mendapatkan penghargaan (award) TJSL dan CSR berkat konsistensi dalam pemberdayaan masyarakat.<\/p>\n<p>Sebelumnya, PTC dan YIIM berhasil mencetak wirausaha baru dibidang Kopi, Kuliner Frosen food dan sayur hidroponik angkatan tahun 2021 yang telah membuka usaha tersebar di wilayah Jabodetabek.<\/p>\n<p>Untuk program pelatihan lanjutan <em>barista<\/em> kopi diadakan secara dua tahap; <strong>1#<\/strong> sesi online via zoom meeting yang dilaksanakan pada hari Senin tanggal 29 Agustus 2022. <strong>2#<\/strong> sesi offline di Kedai Kopi Inspirasi pada hari Rabu-Kamis tanggal 31 Agustus dan 1 September 2022.<\/p>\n<p>Pelatihan tingkat lanjut <em>barista<\/em> sesi online sehari dihadiri oleh 18 peserta dari alumni pelatihan kewirausahaan <em>barista<\/em> tahun angkatan 2021. Dari total peserta tersebut, diambil 8 peserta terpilih untuk mengikuti sesi tatap muka (offline) pelatihan yang diadakan selama dua hari dari pukul 10.00 WIB hingga 16.00 WIB di Kedai Kopi Inspirasi yang beralamat di Komplek Grand Wijaya Ruko Blok F 62 B, RT 06\/RW 01, Kelurahan Pulo, Kebayoran Baru, Kota Jakarta Selatan.<\/p>\n<p>Pelatihan tatap muka ini berlangsung dengan tetap menerapkan protokol kesehatan Covid-19 seperti menunjukkan bukti vaksin, menggunakan masker, self asesmen Covid 19, menjaga jarak dan mencuci tangan serta sterilisasi peralatan yang digunakan pada setiap sesi.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Materi Pelatihan<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Materi yang diajarkan dalam pelatihan ini meliputi review dan pendalaman materi pelatihan tahun lalu, review skill yang telah dimiliki pasca pelatihan tahun lalu, pengenalan dan praktik penggunaan alat kopi baik manual dan mesin, dan teori serta praktik pembuatan <strong><em>latte art<\/em><\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Selain itu peserta juga belajar manajemen kedai kopi meliputi perhitungan memulai usaha kopi, cara penentuan Harga pokok Penjualan (HPP) produk, strategi penjualan dan promosi, pemilihan bahan baku yang tepat, dan standar operasional prosedur kedai kopi.<\/p>\n<p>Dalam acara tersebut <strong>Okeu Yudipratomo<\/strong> selaku <em>Corporate Communication &amp; CSR Staff<\/em> PT Pertamina Training and Consulting memberikan sambutan, beliau menyampaikan &#8220;<em>Kami ingin <\/em><em>menyampaikan bahwa dukungan Pertamina Traning &amp; Consulting pada pelatihan tingkat lanjut <em>barista<\/em> kopi ini adalah komitmen<\/em><em> kami<\/em><em> dari Pertamina Traning &amp; Consulting dalam mendukung penguatan kewirausahaan sosial di masyarakat<\/em><em>. Harapan kami masyarakat bisa mandiri dan dapat<\/em> <em>berperan sebagai agen-agen penguatan ekonomi masyarakat<\/em>&#8220;.<\/p>\n<p>Selain itu bapak Chrisbiantoro selaku ketua pengurus YIIM memberikan kata sambutan pembuka, beliau menyampaikan &#8220;<em>Kami <\/em><em>berharap<\/em> <em>d<\/em><em>engan diselenggarakannya<\/em><em> pelatihan <em>barista<\/em> kopi tingkat lanjut ini<\/em><em>,<\/em> <em>peserta dapat mengikuti rangkaian pelatihan degan sungguh<\/em> <em> &#8211; sungguh<\/em><em>.<\/em> <em>Kami juga berharap p<\/em><em>elatihan ini<\/em> <em>dapat memberikan manfaat<\/em><em> sebagai bagian dari<\/em><em> upaya kita untuk bangkit pasca situasi pandemi covid 19<\/em><em>, <\/em><em>memunculkan <\/em><em>spirit kewirausahaan sosial, dan menumbuhkan semangat masyarakat luas.<\/em> <em>S<\/em><em>ebagaimana yang<\/em> <em>tagline<\/em> <em>yang telah<\/em><em> dicanangkan oleh Presiden Jok<\/em><em>o Wi<\/em><em>dodo<\/em><em>,<\/em> <em>pulih lebih cepat bangkit lebih kuat<\/em>&#8220;.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Mendukung SDGs<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Program ini selaras dengan Tujuan Pembangunan Berkelanjutan\/<em>Sustainable Development Goals<\/em> (SDGs) khususnya tujuan nomor 1 untuk mencegah kemiskinan dan tujuan nomor 8 untuk mendukung pertumbuhan ekonomi yang inklusif dan berkelanjutan dan pekerjaan yang layak bagi semua.<\/p>\n<p><em>Salam
