Program pelatihan ini merupakan bentuk komitmen INSIGHT untuk berperan serta membantu masyarakat yang di tengah kondisi pandemi Covid-19 agar dapat memiliki kreativitas ekonomi. Pelatihan Tata Rias dan Tata Rambut ini merupakan bagian dari Program Pemberdayaan Masyarakat. Pelatihan ini selaras dengan tujuan pembangunan keberlanjutan <em>(Sustainable Development Goals \/ SDGs)<\/em> nomor 1 mengurangi kemiskinan dan nomor 10 mengakhiri ketimpangan.<\/p>\n<p>Pelatihan ini diawali oleh pembukaan dari Dewi Astari selaku pengurus YIIM. Beliau menyampaikan, &#8220;<em>Terima kasih kepada mitra utama YIIM yaitu INSIGHT yang selama ini telah mendukung seluruh program salah satunya Program Pemberdayaan Masyarakat. Pelatihan keterampilan di YIIM berbeda dari lembaga pelatihan lain, karena pelatihan kami merupakan pelatihan kewirasusahaan sosial yang dimana setelah pelatihan ilmu yang didapat nanti bukan hanya untuk berwirausaha namun juga ilmunya dapat diajarkan kepada orang lain.<\/em>&#8220;<\/p>\n<p>Pelatihan ini dilaksanakan mulai dari pukul 10.00 WIB hingga pukul 16.00 WIB. Terdapat 14 peserta yang hadir mengikuti Pelatihan Tata Rias dan Tata Rambut, diantaranya 5 peserta penyandang disabilitas, 3 peserta klien BAPAS, dan 6 peserta masyarakat umum. Peserta pelatihan dipandu trainer oleh Regita Cahyani, merupakan salah satu alumni pelatihan tata rias binaan YIIM dan INSIGHT. Regita Cahyani saat ini telah mandiri dan merintis usaha tata rias bernama <em>Gitaacms Wedding<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p>Pada hari pertama, materi mencakup penjelasan secara teoritis tentang kulit wajah dan alat <em>make up<\/em>, serta simulasi praktik membersihkan dan merias wajah yang langsung dicontohkan. Setelah itu dilanjutkan sesi praktik seluruh peserta mulai praktik mandiri cara tata rias yang telah diajarkan oleh trainer. Pelatihan hari kedua, para peserta praktik merias wajah langsung kepada model dilanjutkan sesi praktik tata rambut. Selama dua hari sesi pelatihan berjalan dengan interaktif, trainer selalu memeriksa keadaan dan progress peserta yang sedang mengaplikasikan <em>make up<\/em> masing-masing. Para peserta sangat aktif tanya jawab kepada trainer, pertanyaan tentang penggunaan <em>make up<\/em> hingga bagaimana memulai usaha tata rias bagi para pemula. Pada sesi penutupan acara pemberian pesan dan kesan dari para peserta, dan kemudian ditutup dengan pembagian sertifikat dan sesi foto bersama.<\/p>\n<p>Pelatihan tata rias dan tata rambut yang diberikan YIIM bersama INSIGHT bertujuan mencetak wirausaha dibidang tata rias wajah yang dapat melayani konsumen secara mobil (menjemput order). YIIM sebagai lembaga non profit sangat terbuka terhadap semua pihak yang ingin mendukung ataupun memberikan donasi dalam bentuk apapun. Karena setiap donasi yang diberikan kepada YIIM akan disalurkan langsung kepada para penerima manfaat yang berhak.<\/p>\n<p><em>Salam
