Jakarta-Lembaga Perlindungan Saksi dan Korban Republik Indonesia, United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime<\/em>, dan Yayasan Inspirasi Indonesia Membangun menggelar pelatihan kewirausahaan sosial keterampilan Barista<\/em> Kopi dan Frozen Food<\/em> “Memasak” bagi terlindung LPSK.<\/p>\n

Penerima manfaat dari program ini dikhususkan bagi masyarakat yang memiliki latar belakang penyintas dan terlindung dibawah naungan LPSK RI untuk tindak pidana terorisme dari berbagai wilayah seperti Bali, Poso, Palu, Jakarta, dan Surabaya. Program ini selaras dan senafas dengan Tujuan Pembangunan Berkelanjutan (Sustainable Development Goals<\/em>\/SDGs) nomor 1, 2, 8, 10, 16 dan 17 yang telah dicanangkan oleh pemerintah menjadi Peraturan Presiden Nomor 59 Tahun 2017 tentang Pelaksanaan Pencapaian Tujuan Pembangunan Berkelanjutan.<\/p>\n

2 (dua) Pelatihan keterampilan ini diselenggarakan dengan 2 tahap, yaitu pelatihan online dan offline dengan keseluruhan peserta berjumlah 50 orang. Pada pelatihan online dilaksanakan pada hari Kamis-Jumat tanggal 9-11 desember 2021, dimana 50 peserta tersebut terdiri dari 20 peserta pelatihan barista<\/em> dan 30 peserta pelatihan frozen food<\/em>. Seminggu sebelum pelatihan online dimulai, peserta dikumpulkan dalam group WhatsApp dalam rangka penilaian dan pembekalan peserta agar siap ketika pelatihan dilaksanakan.<\/p>\n

Dari pelatihan online tersebut peserta diseleksi oleh panitia untuk mengikuti pelatihan offline. Dari proses seleksi tersebut terpilih 30 peserta terbaik mengikuti pelatihan offline, masing-masing pelatihan barista<\/em> dan frozen food<\/em> berjumlah 15 peserta selama 3 (hari) dari tanggal 15-17 Desember 2021 yang diadakan di Gedung LPSK RI Jalan Raya Bogor KM 24, No 47-49, RT 06\/ RW 01, Susukan, Ciracas, Jakarta Timur, DKI Jakarta.<\/p>\n

Acara pelatihan kewirausahaan sosial barista<\/em> dan frozen food<\/em> diawali dengan seremonial pembukaan pada hari Rabu 15 Desember 2021 di Gedung aula LPSK RI yang dihadiri langsung oleh Wakil Ketua LPSK RI, Dr. Maneger Nasution, M.H., M.A.; Ketua YIIM, Chrisbiantoro S.H., L.L.M; dan UNODC Indonesia Deputy Country Manager\/AML-CFT Advisor, Ibu Zoelda Anderton.<\/p>\n

Acara Seremonial dibuka langsung dengan sambutan oleh Ibu Zoelda menyampaikan “Para penyintas dari korban tindak pidana terorisme selalu menghadapi yang cukup berat terutama dimasa proses pemulihan. Pelatihan ini menjadi salah satu bentuk upaya UNODC dalam dukungan terhadap para Penyintas, agar dapat kembali mendapatkan haknya serta memenuhi kebutuhan secara mandiri. Kami terus berkomitmen tanpa henti untuk mendukung pemenuhan hak-hak dan kebutuhan para penyintas. Kami juga berharap pelatihan ini tidak berhenti sampai disini dan kami menunggu hasil dari manfaat pelatihan ini.”<\/em><\/p>\n

Sambutan berikutnya oleh Bapak Maneger menyampaikan “Terima kasih kepada para korban terlindung yang saat ini telah menjadi penyintas yang tangguh. Peserta beragam dari berbagai daerah dari Bali, Sulawesi, Surabaya, dan Jakarta. Program pelatihan ini merupakan rangkaian acara dari hari internasional untuk menghormati para korban terorisme bekerjasama dengan UNODC sejak agustus 2021. Kami harap acara ini sebagai langkah awal dari rangkaian psikososial bersama UNODC dan YIIM untuk membangun wirausaha mandiri untuk pemulihan para korban.”<\/em><\/p>\n

Terakhir Bapak Chrisbiantoro menyampaikan “Salah satu program unggulan kami adalah pemberdayaan ekonomi masyarakat, khususnya keterampilan skill memasak dan barista<\/em> kopi. Salah satu penerima manfaat kami adalah bapak ibu dari para penyintas dan keluarga penyintas dibawah naungan perlindungan LPSK. Harapan kami agar bapak ibu menjadi bagian dari subjek pembangunan negeri ini dan subjek perubahan di lingkungan keluarga. Saya ucapkan selamat kepada bapak ibu telah terpilih untuk mengikuti pelatihan, manfaatkan kesempatan ini dengan maksimal.”<\/em><\/p>\n

Setelah program pelatihan ini, LPSK RI, UNODC, dan YIIM rencananya akan dibekali keterampilan softskill manajemen kewirausahaan melalui pelatihan. Penyintas yang terpilih juga akan diberikan kesempatan magang selama dua minggu di Kedai Kopi Inspirasi untuk dilatih sebagai barista<\/em> professional serta pemberian bantuan modal alat usaha barista<\/em> dan frozen food<\/em>.<\/p>\n
