Pada tanggal 19 Juli 2021, Yayasan Inspirasi Indonesia Membangun (YIIM) bersama Humam Hasan, salah satu alumni pelatihan barista<\/em> kopi menyelenggarakan pelatihan barista<\/em> kopi secara online (daring) untuk mahasiswa Universitas Bung Karno (UBK).<\/p>\n

Pelatihan tersebut merupakan kelanjutan dari Program Penandatangan Nota Kesepahaman (MoU) antara YIIM dan UBK mengenai pemberian beasiswa Strata 1 (S1) bagi alumni pelatihan kewirausahaan YIIM yaitu Humam Hasan (alumni pelatihan barista<\/em>) dan Hermanto (alumni pelatihan barber).<\/p>\n

Humam Hasan merupakan alumni pelatihan barista<\/em> pada tahun 2018, latar belakang Humam sebelum mengikuti pelatihan adalah mantan klien pemasyarakatan Balai Pemasyarakatan Kelas 1 (Bapas) Jakarta Pusat. Setelah mengikuti pelatihan hingga magang dan pembinaan, Humam saat ini menjadi Head Barista<\/em> (Kepala Barista<\/em>) di Kopi Inspirasi binaan YIIM dan bertugas menjadi pembimbing barista<\/em> yang sedang menjalani masa pembinaan di Kopi Inspirasi.<\/p>\n

Karena ketekunannya untuk belajar dan mengubah masa depannya, Humam terpilih untuk mendapatkan beasiswa dan saat ini tercatat sebagai mahasiswa semester 2 Fakultas Ekonomi Universitas Bung Karno. Dan pelatihan ini juga sebagai kontribusi Humam untuk berbagi benefit dan pengetahuan mengenai ilmu barista<\/em> kepada mahasiswa UBK.<\/p>\n

Pelatihan daring ini berlangsung selama dua jam, dari pukul 13.00 wib hingga 15.00 wib melalui aplikasi ZOOM. Dengan jumlah peserta sebanyak 26 orang, terdiri dari mahasiswa UBK dan juga masyarakat terdampak Covid-19.<\/p>\n

Acara ini dibuka oleh Wakil Rektor III UBK yaitu Bapak Rinaldi Agusta Fahlevie, dalam sambutannya beliau menyampaikan :<\/p>\n

“Pelatihan ini merupakan lanjutan kerjasama YIIM dengan UBK untuk memberikan pengetahuan mengenai kewirausahaan barista<\/em>, dengan harapan dapat menumbuhkan jiwa kewirausahaan bagi para mahasiswa UBK. Semoga kerjasama ini terus belanjut dan terus menebar inspirasi bagi masyarakat luas. Selamat mengikuti pelatihan daring ini dengan riang gembira<\/em>“<\/p>\n

Selanjutnya Humam menjelaskan materi mengenai sejarah kopi, jenis-jenis kopi, pengenalan alat kopi dan juga praktik bagaimana membuat espresso, dan juga metode V60.<\/p>\n

Disela pelatihan peserta antusias memberikan pertanyaan, salah satunya adalah Bunga Prihatin dari UBK yang memberikan pertanyaan apakah perbedaan Grind Size Kopi dapat mempengaruhi hasil kopi yang dihasilkan nanti.<\/p>\n

Pelatihan barista<\/em> daring ini merupakan pelatihan kedua yang diselenggarakan YIIM dan Humam Hasan untuk mahasiswa UBK. Sebelumnya YIIM dan Humam juga telah memberikan pelatihan barista<\/em> secara online untuk mahasiswa UBK pada tahun 2020 lalu.<\/p>\n

Yayasan Inspirasi Indonesia Membangun sebagai sebuah lembaga nirlaba yang memiliki perhatian pada kewirausahaan sosial, berharap pelatihan online seperti ini dapat menjadi salah satu langkah untuk mewujudkan Tujuan Pembangunan Berkelanjutan (Suistanable Development Goals\/SDGs) tujuan nomor 1 untuk mengakhiri kemiskinan dan tujuan nomor 8 untuk mendapatkan pekerjaan yang layak dan meningkatkan pertumbuhan ekonomi.<\/p>\n

Dimasa pandemi seperti ini, YIIM berharap insiatif pelatihan kewirausahaan daring ini menjadi model pelatihan yang diminati masyarakat luas. Sebagai kontribusi para alumni pelatihan kewirausahaan YIIM untuk menebar benefit dan inspirasi bagi masyarakat yang terdampak Covid-19. Semoga pelatihan ini akan memperluas minat masyarakat khususnya generasi muda mahasiswa untuk menekuni profesi barista<\/em> dan dapat menggairahkan sektor ekonomi mikro dalam model usaha kafe kopi kecil dan menengah.<\/p>\n
