Driven by a vision of sustainable business, Ezra went on to establish &#8216;Kopi Sobi&#8217;, an artisanal coffee venture that quickly gained a loyal following.<\/p>\n<p>Ezra distinguished his brand by adopting eco-friendly paper cups, sourcing beans directly from sustainable domestic coffee farmers, and introducing innovative signature mocktail recipes.
