The thriving coffee industry across Indonesia offers promising economic opportunities for young people and productive communities. Equipping individuals with practical barista expertise not only answers the demand for skilled talent within the creative beverage sector but also paves the way for emerging independent entrepreneurs.<\/p>\n
As part of its sustainable community economic empowerment initiatives, the Indonesian Inspiration Building Foundation (Yayasan Inspirasi Indonesia Membangun \/ YIIM) organized the Barista and Latte Art Training Batch 2<\/strong> from 3 to 5 July 2019. The three-day intensive workshop took place at Kopi Inspirasi, Grand Wijaya Center Complex, Kebayoran Baru, South Jakarta.<\/p>\n The program welcomed 25 participants representing diverse professions and backgrounds. In a strategic community collaboration, YIIM partnered with the Tasawuf Underground Community to involve 5 youths from the community, alongside jobseekers and aspiring entrepreneurs eager to establish their own coffee ventures.<\/p>\n Throughout the training, participants received comprehensive mentorship from seasoned barista trainers.
