On June 30, 2023, commemorating the sacred celebration of Eid al-Adha 1444 H, Yayasan Inspirasi Indonesia Membangun (YIIM), through its Social, Humanitarian, and Religious Programs and supported by PT Insight Investments Management (INSIGHT), distributed sacrificial animals valued at IDR 25,000,000. This charitable initiative was carried out in strategic partnership with the National Board of Zakat (BAZNAS) as the implementation partner.<\/p>\n
The qurbani meat distribution was conducted across three strategic regions: (1) Kampung Baru, Jalan Z No. 33, RT 008\/RW 04, Sukabumi Selatan, Kebon Jeruk, West Jakarta, centered at Musholla An’Ni’mah with the slaughter of 3 goats; (2) the BAZNAS West Java Provincial Office on Jalan Soekarno-Hatta No. 458, Batununggal, Bandung Kidul, Bandung, West Java, with the slaughter of 3 goats; and (3) the BAZNAS Livestock Center (Balai Ternak Bantul) on Jalan Padukuhan Srunggo 2, Selopamioro, Imogiri, Bantul Regency, Special Region of Yogyakarta, with the slaughter of 2 goats.<\/p>\n
This initiative represents the Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) commitment of PT Insight Investments Management to grassroots communities. It directly aligns with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), specifically SDG 2: Zero Hunger and Improved Nutrition, as well as SDG 17: Partnerships for the Goals.<\/p>\n
In an official statement, BAZNAS RI noted that the qurbani sacrifice embodies significant socio-economic dimensions, directly enhancing nutritional intake for mustahik (eligible beneficiaries). Beyond its personal spiritual value, qurbani acts as an economic catalyst for local livestock farmers in rural communities. The “Kurban Berkah BAZNAS” campaign specifically focuses on increasing animal protein consumption among underprivileged families.<\/p>\n
In 2023, BAZNAS once again campaigned under the banner “Kurban Berkah BAZNAS,” earning the trust of public donors, corporate partners, and institutional philanthropists. BAZNAS continues to champion multi-stakeholder collaboration to mobilize corporate CSR funds and individual contributions for community welfare.<\/p>\n
