The Indonesia Building Inspiration Foundation (YIIM) together with PT Insight Investments Management (INSIGHT) (INSIGHT) has a community economic empowerment program which aims to improve the community’s economy and make people successful entrepreneurs to improve their lives.<\/p>\n
This program resulted in one of the alumni of the coffee barista training held by the Indonesian Building Inspiration Foundation (YIIM) and PT Insight Investments Management (INSIGHT) (INSIGHT) in 2020, namely Fransisca Natalia P.S. or usually called Sisca (40 years old). After attending the training, Sisca successfully opened a coffee shop business, namely “Sasca Coffee Shop”, which has been running since 2020. Now in 2023, Sisca will have 3 branches of her coffee shop. Now Sisca’s coffee shop also has the Indonesian National Standard (SNI).<\/p>\n
Opening a New Branch and Holding Training Currently, Sisca has opened a 2nd branch, namely at Sampan Bujana Sentra Menteng. In early 2023, Sisca will expand her business, namely by opening a 3rd business branch in Cimanggis. Just like its second branch, namely in Menteng, Sisca’s business collaborates with one of the restaurants, namely Ranup Resto Aceh, to complement its drinks. While running the business, Sisca not only ran the business, but Sisca also provided training to become a barista<\/em>.<\/p>\n Sisca has held barista<\/em> training for 2 batches<\/em> which runs for three days for each batch. For the first batch<\/em> 6 participants participated and in the second batch<\/em> 8 people participated. Participants who take part in this training must pay IDR 800,000. For this price, participants receive knowledge and a 1x meal package. In this training, Sisca teaches the basics of being a barista<\/em>, using coffee equipment, and making various kinds of coffee drinks.<\/p>\n Collaboration with KEMNAKER BBPVP Bekasi to Hold Training After holding the training at her coffee shop, Sisca collaborated with the Ministry of Manpower (KEMNAKER) Center for Vocational Training and Productivity (BBPVP) Bekasi to hold training. The beginning of this collaboration was when one of the visitors, namely the head of the Bekasi Ministry of Manpower training center, visited the restaurant and saw the training held by Sisca. Then after chatting about the training system and so on, he said that Sisca could submit a proposal for training. “There was one of the visitors at the restaurant who saw my training program. Coincidentally, he was the head of the training center. He asked what the system was like, etc. He said, for example, you could apply. Just because they are a training center, the training concept must be the same as theirs. The training program offered later is barista<\/em> preneur. Later there will be a calculation of COGS, overall coffee shop management. After taking the training, you will not only be a worker but also open a business, even if it is small.” Sisca said. Finally, Sisca took the opportunity, because according to her, this was an opportunity that should not be missed. Finally, at the beginning of 2023, Sisca began processing the documents for applying for the training program. To collaborate, Sisca must have a legal entity. Finally, Sisca created management under the name CV. Sasca Has a Time of Inspiration.<\/p>\n After waiting for 3 months, Sisca finally collaborated with KEMNAKER, Bekasi Center for Vocational Training and Productivity (BBPVP) for one year. The program run by Sisca will last for 20 days for 1 batch of training. Sisca created this training program in accordance with the Indonesian National Work Competency Standards (SKNNI) which have been established by<\/p>\n MINISTRY OF MANUFACTURER. Participants who take part will receive a BNSP certificate and participants will undertake job training. Currently, 1 batch<\/em> training has been carried out in April which was attended by 16 participants.<\/p>\n Becoming a consultant. Sisca’s coffee shop business is now growing, currently she is trusted by many people to become a business consultant in the coffee sector. This service has been carried out by Sisca since the end of 2022. It started with Sisca’s closest friend who wanted to ask for advice on starting her business. Finally, Sisca taught her friend from the basics to the establishment of the cafe. “Initially I became a consultant when my friend asked me how to open a coffee business. Until finally I became a coffee business consultant. Starting from a coffee cart business to a cafe too. Finally I was also paid for the service at a friend’s price. Now it’s not just my friends, but there are many people I know who also want me to be their business consultant. I visit their business premises, I teach them business management too.” Sisca said. Currently, Sisca is holding several projects that are still in the process stage. Sisca has also been a consultant for businesses in various regions from Jakarta, Tangerang, Bandung, to Purwokerto. Opening a Business Apart from the Coffee Sector<\/p>\n Sisca is still learning and continues to be enthusiastic about running the business and work she is currently pursuing. Not only businesses in the coffee sector, Sisca also accepts orders for snack boxes<\/em> and rice boxes<\/em>. This business was assisted by her husband who previously had experience in the F&B sector. Sisca often gets orders for every event in the area<\/p>\n one National TV station with various order quantities, namely around 20 to 50 packs per order.
