Yayasan Inspirasi Indonesia Membangun (YIIM), through its Humanitarian, Social, and Religious Program backed by Insight Investments Management (INSIGHT), actively provides social and religious support to communities. One meaningful initiative is the construction grant aid for an orphanage dormitory at Tahfidzul Qur\u2019an Mustika Insani Islamic Boarding School in Ponorogo, East Java.<\/p>\n
The orphanage dormitory construction is located in Bulurejo Hamlet, Carangrejo Village, Sampung District, Ponorogo Regency, East Java. Construction work commenced on January 29, 2024, and reached completion through the concrete floor slab casting stage on July 10, 2024. Financial support totaling IDR 100,000,000 (one hundred million Indonesian rupiah) was disbursed to the management board of Yayasan Gema Mustika Insani (YGMI). The grant was utilized for procurement of construction materials and financing building phases.<\/p>\n
The direct beneficiaries of this dormitory are 30 orphaned and disadvantaged students (*santri*) residing at the pesantren. The construction aims to create decent housing to guarantee a secure environment for orphans and underprivileged children for a brighter future, cultivate self-reliance through practical life skills, and equip them to live harmoniously in cross-religious and intercultural communities.<\/p>\n
Wijiyono, representing the management of YGMI, remarked: “Alhamdulillah for the dormitory construction assistance provided by YIIM and PT Insight Investments Management. On behalf of YGMI, I express our sincere gratitude to YIIM and PT Insight Investments. May this assistance bring abundant rewards and continue inspiring kindness across society.”<\/p>\n
This activity forms part of YIIM’s Humanitarian, Social, and Religious Program, aligning with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), especially SDG 1: No Poverty in all its forms everywhere, SDG 4: Inclusive and Equitable Quality Education with Lifelong Learning Opportunities for All, and SDG 17: Partnerships for the Goals. The initiative also embodies the Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and environmental stewardship (TJSL) carried out by INSIGHT for the public.<\/p>\n
As a non-profit organization, YIIM remains open to support and partnerships with all parties so that more community members can benefit from YIIM’s programs, broadening the inspiring impacts brought forth to build Indonesia.<\/p>\n
