Qurban Meat Support Reaches 135 Vulnerable Residents in Bogor and Jakarta
One cow provided 135 one-kilogram meat packages for orphans, low-income families, and other vulnerable residents in Bogor and South Jakarta.

On 18 June 2024, during the Eid al-Adha observance, Yayasan Inspirasi Indonesia Membangun (YIIM), through its Social, Humanitarian, and Religious program supported by PT Insight Investments Management, distributed qurban meat with implementation support from Yayasan Al-Maghfirah.
Insight and YIIM donated one cow valued at Rp35,000,000 to the partner’s Kurban Hebat program. The initiative supported efforts to prevent stunting and prioritized low-income residents, orphans, and other vulnerable people, including communities in disadvantaged, frontier, and outermost areas.
The animal was slaughtered and the meat packaged at Cibinong slaughterhouse in Bogor Regency, West Java. Processing produced 135 sealed boxes, each containing one kilogram of meat.
One hundred packages were distributed to beneficiaries in Cipicung Hamlet, Mekarsari Village, Cileungsi District, Bogor Regency. The remaining 35 packages reached vulnerable residents around Graha BPJamsostek in Karet Semanggi, South Jakarta.
The assistance increased access to animal protein and helped participating families meet nutritional needs during Eid al-Adha. The program reflected Insight’s commitment to transform investment activity into beneficial social impact and YIIM’s mission to inspire positive action for Indonesia’s development.
The initiative contributes to SDG 1: No Poverty, SDG 2: Zero Hunger, and SDG 17: Partnerships for the Goals. Collaboration among YIIM, Insight, Yayasan Al-Maghfirah, and local distribution networks enabled the support to reach 135 people in two areas.
Salam Inspirasi!
