On Thursday, 11 September 2025, Yayasan Inspirasi Indonesia Membangun (YIIM), supported by PT Insight Investments Management, held a GEMPITA social-support activity for children with disabilities at Rumah Azaki on Jalan Bina Marga V No. 17, Gunung Putri, Bogor.

GEMPITA, the Movement to Inspire Empowerment and Transform Hope, responds to social and economic disparities that limit vulnerable groups’ access to adequate resources. Low-income families, people with disabilities, abandoned children, and economically disadvantaged communities often face greater barriers in meeting everyday needs. The program therefore combines direct assistance with practical empowerment.

Twenty-three children with disabilities and the Rumah Azaki caregivers received 23 boxed meals and snacks. Nutritional assistance included rice, sugar, cooking oil, honey, eggs, chicken, fish, mung beans, tubers, and fruit.

The partners also supplied diapers, personal-hygiene kits containing soap, toothbrushes, and toothpaste, and room-cleaning supplies including disinfectant and air freshener. An independence package of two laying hens introduced the children to caring for animals while creating a small productive resource.

Maria Dewi Yanti and Azhar Lageranna represented YIIM at the ceremonial handover. Mulyani, representing Rumah Azaki, thanked YIIM and Insight and expressed hope that the assistance would bring benefit and blessings.

Maria thanked Rumah Azaki for welcoming the team and Insight for supporting the program. She hoped the assistance would be useful to the children and caregivers.

The activity formed part of Insight’s corporate social and environmental responsibility commitment. By combining healthy food, daily essentials, hygiene supplies, and an introduction to animal care, it addressed both immediate well-being and independence. The program contributes to SDG 2: Zero Hunger.
