YIIM separates the functions of the Board of Trustees, Board of Supervisors, and Executive Board to ensure decisions and responsibilities remain transparent and accountable.

Providing strategic direction and safeguarding the organization’s purpose and objectives.

Board of Supervisors

Providing oversight and reviewing organizational accountability and compliance.

Executive Board

Leading strategy implementation, program delivery, partnerships, and day-to-day operations.
