On 18 and 19 November 2025, Yayasan Inspirasi Indonesia Membangun (YIIM), supported by PT Insight Investments Management, held Project Cycle Management training at the YIIM office in Jakarta.

The course was designed to help participants plan, implement, monitor, and evaluate programs in a systematic and measurable way. The approach covered needs identification, project planning, implementation, monitoring, and impact evaluation.

Eleven participants attended from YIIM and several other organizations. In addition to strengthening professional competence, the two-day course gave participants space to build networks across institutions.

In opening remarks, the Chair of YIIM emphasized that a good program is judged not only by an ambitious idea or worthy intention, but also by whether it is planned, implemented, and evaluated responsibly with measurable results.

Sessions covered project fundamentals, problem analysis, logical-framework development, case studies, and practical project design. Group assignments and presentations helped participants apply the method to realistic program situations and strengthen their understanding through peer discussion.

Tanty Octaviani from Yayasan Sayap Ibu Banten said the training gave her substantial new knowledge that would be useful to her foundation and could be applied in its work.

The initiative contributes to SDG 4: Quality Education and SDG 17: Partnerships for the Goals. It also aligns with Indonesia’s Asta Cita priorities on human-resource development, equitable development, and stronger community empowerment.

YIIM reaffirmed its commitment to strengthening organizational capacity and building wider collaboration so community-empowerment programs can become more effective, accountable, and sustainable.
