ABAB PPG social-service activities supporting children and families in Semanu, Gunungkidul

Yayasan Inspirasi Indonesia Membangun (YIIM), together with PT Insight Investments Management, supported the ABAB PPG Social Service as a response to the social needs of communities in Kapanewon Semanu, Gunungkidul. The activity was held on Sunday, 28 December 2025, at Argowiloso Fruit Garden in Dedel, Dadapayu.

ABAB PPG distributed financial assistance and school-supply packages to orphans living in Dedel, Dadapayu, and Semanu. Staple-food packages were also provided to low-income households to help meet essential family needs.

The program went beyond material assistance by organizing educational, sporting, and recreational activities for primary-school children. These sessions allowed children to learn, play, and experience a sense of belonging in a warm and supportive environment.

Through the activity, ABAB PPG and its supporters sought to strengthen relationships with residents and encourage a wider culture of solidarity. YIIM and Insight’s involvement reflected their commitment to collaborative social initiatives that deliver practical and sustainable benefits.

The program contributed to SDG 1: No Poverty and SDG 2: Zero Hunger through direct support for vulnerable households, and SDG 4: Quality Education through school supplies and positive learning activities for children.
