The Indonesia Building Inspiration Foundation (YIIM) together with PT Pertamina Training and Consulting are always committed to supporting strengthening community independence through a series of inclusive and sustainable empowerment initiatives.

, KEBAYORAN BARU – Hundreds of housewives, people with disabilities, and workers affected by layoffs (PHK) received capital assistance for business equipment.

They are alumni of coffee barista training, culinary frozen food, and hydroponic organic vegetable cultivation held by PT Pertamina Training and Consulting (PTC) and the Indonesian Building Inspiration Foundation (YIIM).

The skills training will start from 27 August 2021 to 1 October 2021, both online and offline with a total of 124 participants. Providing grant assistance for business capital equipment to entrepreneurship training alumni was carried out at the PT Pertamina Training and Consulting Office, Jakarta, Wednesday (8/12/2021).

“They were given assistance in the form of 6 packages of capital equipment for the frozen food business, including freezers, vacuum food sealers, expiration code machines, blenders and stoves,” said PT PTC Main Director Teuku Mirasfi.

Apart from that, continued Mirasfi, there was assistance with 4 packages of business capital tools for coffee baristas and 8 packages of assistance for hydroponic farming. “We hope that this assistance can be utilized as well as possible for the benefit of developing entrepreneurship and helping all of our friends in strengthening the family economy amidst difficult economic conditions due to the pandemic,” he said.

Meanwhile, YIIM Management Chair Chrisbiantoro hopes that more underprivileged people will receive assistance.

“Hopefully we can help more and more underprivileged, disadvantaged and disabled people for empowerment,” said Chrisbiantoro.
