The Indonesian Inspiration for Building Foundation (YIIM) together with PT Insight Investments Management (INSIGHT) (INSIGHT) are always committed to supporting the strengthening of community independence through a series of inclusive and sustainable empowerment initiatives.

COM, JAKARTA – PT Insight Investments Management (INSIGHT) (Insight) together with the Indonesian Building Inspiration Foundation (YIIM) are again holding entrepreneurship training classes for the community so they can survive in the midst of the Covid-19 pandemic.

Director of PT Insight Investments Management (INSIGHT) Ria M. Warganda said that the entrepreneurship training class program held by Insight was in line with sustainable development goals (SDGs).

Through this activity, Ria hopes that Insight training class alumni who come from economically disadvantaged communities will become successful people in entrepreneurship.

“In line with sustainable development goals to eradicate poverty and end social inequality, Insight strives to provide opportunities for economically disadvantaged people to become entrepreneurs so they can have a better life,” said Ria in her statement, Tuesday (13/7/2021).

Ria gave an example, an alumni who has successfully opened his own business, namely Muslih Ridwan, who runs a business selling chicken noodles.

Apart from getting training opportunities, Muslih also received assistance with chicken noodle business equipment.

“Before the training, Muslih was just a casual worker who had an irregular income. However, after having his own business, Muslih was able to meet his family’s needs,” he explained.

Apart from that, there is also Wanmayetti, a culinary training alumnus who is now opening a cake and rice box business, along with 20 women who are under the Gemah Ripah Cooperative.

“This motivates us to continue developing Insight mutual fund products which always have a social mission. Insight specifically allocates a portion of its income to social funds, one of which is channeled to this entrepreneurship training activity,” he explained.
