The Indonesian Inspiration for Building Foundation (YIIM) together with PT Insight Investments Management (INSIGHT) (INSIGHT) are always committed to supporting the strengthening of community independence through a series of inclusive and sustainable empowerment initiatives.

, JAKARTA – The Indonesian Inspiration for Building Foundation (YIIM) together with PT Insight Investments Management (INSIGHT) are again distributing basic necessities and entrepreneurial equipment to remote communities affected by Covid-19.

Chairman of the YIIM Management Chrisbiantoro said that the assistance provided was in the form of masks, basic necessities and vitamins for 100 heads of families (KK) per region in Indonesia. “We closed 2020 with a program to distribute several social and humanitarian aid,” said Chrisbiantoro in his statement, Tuesday (29/12).

Chrisbiantoro said, from December 15-29, aid from the non-profit organization was distributed to 100 families each on Biak Island, Papua, Central Maluku Regency, North Maluku Halmahera, Kupang Regency, South Central East Regency, Karawang Regency, Subang Regency, Pandeglang Regency and Bekasi Regency.

Then 100 other heads of families each in Kendari (Southeast Sulawesi), Bengkulu and North Kalimantan. Apart from basic needs, YIIM also provided business equipment assistance to two cosmetology class training alumni so they could develop entrepreneurship after gaining skills.

YIIM even followed up on collaboration with Bung Karno University (UBK) (UBK) which provided two scholarships to entrepreneurship class alumni, namely Human Hazan (barista) and Hermanto (barber). Then YIIM provided entrepreneurial equipment assistance to three outstanding students at UBK, namely Alfian Haviz (Samsara.pro), Thea Aprilia (Neochology) and Rosa Maria Babys (Sorong Tenggiri Fish Meatballs).

Chrisbiantoro also helped alumni of the culinary class initiated by YIIM from casual workers, small traders and scavengers in the Klender area, Duren Sawit, East Jakarta. Also Read:

Chrisbiantoro emphasized that his party supports the government in carrying out sustainable development programs in Indonesia, especially preventing poverty and unemployment. One of the aid distribution committee members from Sorong, West Papua from the Biak Legal Aid Institute (LBH) Immanuel Rumayom said that the community was hoping for various assistance because they were experiencing economic difficulties while facing the Covid-19 pandemic. Representative of PT Insight Dwi Laksmi Anggita Sari stated that the assistance was a social and humanitarian program in realizing the spirit of bringing investment for better social change.
