, MAMPANG PRAPATAN – Assistance for medical personnel who are at the forefront of handling the corona virus (Covid-19) continues to flow.

This time, the Indonesia Building Inspiration Foundation (YIIM) and PT Insight Investments Management (INSIGHT) provided assistance in the form of 1,000 Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).

This assistance was distributed to a number of hospitals that were used as referrals for patients suffering from Covid-19.

This aid distribution was carried out in the Mampang Prapatan area, South Jakarta.

Among them are RSPI Sulianti Saroso, Cipto Mangunkusumo Hospital, Persahabatan Hospital, Sumber Waras Hospital, and National Brain Center Hospital.

“We also distributed cash assistance worth IDR 100 million for the procurement of PPE through the Indonesian Hospital Association (PERSI),” said Chrisbiantoro as Chair of the YIIM Management in a statement received by TribunJakarta.com, Saturday (11/4/2020).

Apart from that, he continued, his party also distributed 120 packages of rice packed with 100 changes of clothes to South Jakarta Indonesian Red Cross (PMI) volunteers.

“Then procure 5,000 cloth masks which were ordered through MSME tailors and will be distributed to underprivileged communities and informal workers,” he said.

Chrisbiantoro hopes that all this assistance will be useful, especially for medical personnel and communities affected by Covid-19.

“We are optimistic that if all components of the nation work together, Covid-19 will end soon,” he concluded.

As of Friday (10/4/2020), the number of positive Corona cases in Indonesia reached 3,512 people. 282 of those cases were declared cured, and 306 died.
