Clean Water Well Supports Miftahul Ibtida Islamic Boarding School in Banten
A 40-meter deep well and storage tank now provide a reliable water supply for 150 students, teachers, and nearby residents at Pesantren Miftahul Ibtida in Pandeglang.
Yayasan Inspirasi Indonesia Membangun (YIIM) together with PT Insight Investments Management constructed a clean water borehole well and distribution facility for Pondok Pesantren Miftahul Ibtida in Pandeglang, Banten.
The boarding school had long experienced acute water shortages during the dry season, forcing students and teachers to fetch water from distant wells.
The newly constructed infrastructure features a 40-meter deep borehole well, submersible pump, 3,000-liter storage tank, and piping to washrooms and ablution facilities, supplying over 150 students and nearby residents with continuous, clean water.
This project contributes to SDG 3: Good Health and Well-Being and SDG 6: Clean Water and Sanitation.
