Air Conditioning Aid Enhances Worship Comfort at Al-Ikhlash Mosque
A new air conditioning unit enhances facility comfort for approximately 1,000 worshipers and community members attending Al-Ikhlash Mosque in South Jakarta.
On 19 September 2023, the Indonesian Inspiration Building Foundation (YIIM) and PT Insight Investments Management delivered one unit of air conditioning (AC) to Al-Ikhlash Mosque in Jatipadang, Pasar Minggu, South Jakarta.
This donation is part of YIIM’s Social, Humanitarian, and Religious program in synergy with Insight’s corporate social responsibility (CSR) initiatives, addressing practical infrastructure needs of local community worship spaces.
The new AC unit improves indoor air circulation and creates a cool, comfortable environment for daily prayers, Friday congregations, religious study circles, and community social gatherings, benefiting an estimated 1,000 congregation members and surrounding residents.
Fadjar Kamdiya, representing the board of Al-Ikhlash Mosque, expressed deep appreciation to YIIM and Insight for their attentive support, offering prayers that all contributors receive continuous blessings.
This initiative exemplifies how targeted assistance addresses tangible grassroots needs while strengthening social and religious partnerships, supporting SDG 3: Good Health and Well-Being, SDG 11: Sustainable Cities and Communities, and SDG 17: Partnerships for the Goals.
