GARUT. The Indonesian Inspiration Development Foundation (Yayasan Inspirasi Indonesia Membangun / YIIM) together with its dedicated partner, PT Jaminan Kredit Indonesia (JAMKRINDO), has realized a social assistance program through the renovation and expansion of worship facilities at Jami Kurnia Mosque, located in Kampung Cikole Girang RT 01/RW 06, Wanasari Village, Garut Regency, West Java.

This renovation assistance represents the concrete commitment of YIIM and JAMKRINDO in supporting the provision of decent, safe, and comfortable religious facilities for rural communities. Prior to the renovation, the mosque had a very limited capacity and could only accommodate around 110 worshippers. Through this renovation, the capacity has significantly increased to accommodate up to 250 worshippers simultaneously.

Through this worship facility infrastructure assistance program, YIIM and JAMKRINDO have not only repaired the physical structure of the mosque, but also provided a more spacious and hygienic space for various religious and social activities of local residents, such as regular study circles, children guidance programs, and community meetings.

This program is aligned with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), particularly SDG 11 (Sustainable Cities and Communities) in strengthening local community infrastructure resilience, and SDG 17 (Partnerships for the Goals) through multi-sector collaboration for public welfare.
