A proper, clean, and welcoming house of worship serves as a vital community cornerstone for moral development, social cohesion, and spiritual enrichment. Providing adequate communal religious facilities directly reinforces community resilience and local social harmony.

As part of its social assistance and community infrastructure programs, the Indonesian Inspiration Building Foundation (Yayasan Inspirasi Indonesia Membangun / YIIM), in collaboration with PT Insight Investments Management and generous community donors, completed the comprehensive reconstruction and expansion of Al-Ikhlas Mosque in Sukasenang Hamlet, Bojongmengger Village, Cijeungjing District, Ciamis Regency, West Java.

Initiated in December 2018 and finalized in April 2019, the revitalization expanded the previously cramped 25-square-meter prayer space into an 81-square-meter modern facility equipped with dedicated prayer halls for men and women, clean ablution amenities, and reinforced structural foundations prepared for future multi-story expansion.

The official inauguration and community handover ceremony took place on Saturday, 12 October 2019, where DKM mosque committee leaders presented commemorative appreciation cards to YIIM and Insight representatives.

This initiative supports the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), notably SDG 10: Reduced Inequalities, SDG 11: Sustainable Cities and Communities, and SDG 17: Partnerships for the Goals.
