Proses Pengerjaan Pura Pedalaman Giri Kendeng Banyumas November – Desember 2019

Equitable religious infrastructure support for minority communities in remote rural regions exemplifies the practical realization of social justice, multi-faith tolerance, and constitutional freedom of worship.

Affirming its commitment to social inclusion and humanitarian equity, the Indonesian Inspiration Building Foundation (Yayasan Inspirasi Indonesia Membangun / YIIM), in collaboration with PT Insight Investments Management, provided development grants and construction materials for Giri Kendeng Rural Temple nestled in the hills of Klinting Village, Somagede District, Banyumas Regency, Central Java.

Constructed between November and December 2019, the project delivered a multi-purpose communal pavilion (wantilan), fortified access trails up the steep hillside, refurbished sacred main mandala courtyards, and installed clean water storage tanks and sanitation facilities.

With these upgraded amenities, rural Hindu congregants in Banyumas can conduct routine prayers and major holy ceremonies in a safer, more dignified, and comfortable environment.

This program aligns with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), notably SDG 10: Reduced Inequalities, SDG 11: Sustainable Cities and Communities, and SDG 17: Partnerships for the Goals.

Inspiration Greetings!
