The Indonesian Inspiration Building Foundation (YIIM), with full support from PT Insight Investments Management (INSIGHT), has organized Project Cycle Management (PCM) (PCM) training as part of strengthening staff capacity and increasing collaboration with various partner institutions. This activity will be held on 18-19 November 2025 at the YIIM Office, Jakarta.

PCM training is designed to improve participants’ abilities in planning, implementing and evaluating programs in a measurable and systematic way. This approach includes the stages of needs identification, project planning, implementation, monitoring, and impact evaluation.

This event was attended by 11 participants from YIIM and a number of other institutions, so that the training was not only a space to increase competence, but also a forum for expanding networks (networking) between institutions.

In his speech, the Chairman of YIIM said that “a good program is not only seen from big ideas or noble intentions, but from how we plan, implement and evaluate it in a measurable and responsible manner.”

During the two days of implementation, participants attended material regarding project fundamentals, problem analysis, preparation of a logical framework, case studies, and project design practices. Group assignment sessions and presentations helped strengthen participants’ understanding of the application of PCM in real programs.

One of the participants, Tanty Octaviani from the Wings of Mother Banten Foundation, gave a testimony:

“This training has added a lot of new knowledge to me and the knowledge is very useful for our Foundation and later we will apply it there.”
