The second introductory speech was from Mr. Chrisbiantoro as Chairman of the Management of the Indonesian Inspiration for Building Foundation (YIIM). In his speech, Mr. Chrisbiantoro said that by choosing hairdressing and hairstylist training, it is hoped that the training participants will have knowledge of entrepreneurial management regarding micro and small business financial bookkeeping and business planning and digital marketing, in the field of hairdressing services. Inmates who participate in the training can provide the knowledge and skills gained from hairdressing training to other Inmates who have not participated in the training. Inmates participating in the training are able to practice the results of hairdressing training through the business units available at the Pondok Bambu Class I Detention Center. Inmates participating in the training can have independent micro and small businesses in the field of hairdressing services after completing their sentence.

The hairdressing training was attended by 10 hairstylist training participants presenting Khutbi (Hairstylist and owner of DeLavina Salon) and Agus Jamaludin as assistant trainers. Hairdressing and hair stylist training is carried out for 5 days, every day the training starts at 09.00 to 15.30 WIB. This program is also part of YIIM and INSIGHT’s commitment to support the government’s program to create productive detention centers and be able to equip inmates with various skills.
