Irma Chaerunisyah had long harbored a passion for beauty and cosmetics, but lacked formal certification and professional tools to turn her interest into a commercial career. Her breakthrough arrived when she enrolled in the Makeup Artistry Vocational Training organized by the Indonesian Inspiration Building Foundation (YIIM) and PT Insight Investments Management.

Under the tutelage of veteran makeup artists, Irma honed advanced techniques in complexion correction, festive makeup, bridal styling, hygiene protocols, and photography-ready finishes. Upon graduating with distinction, Irma was awarded a complete professional makeup artist case equipped with premium palettes and brushes.

Equipped with new skills and tools, Irma launched ‘Irma Makeup Artistry’. Through targeted social media marketing, digital client portfolios, and word-of-mouth recommendations, she secured numerous bookings for weddings, graduations, and formal ceremonies.

Today, Irma enjoys financial independence and continues to expand her clientele across Greater Jakarta, proving the transformative value of vocational upskilling.
