Participants attend Project Cycle Management training at the YIIM office in Jakarta

To strengthen the capacity of grassroots civil society organizations, Yayasan Inspirasi Indonesia Membangun (YIIM) and PT Insight Investments Management organized a comprehensive Project Cycle Management (PCM) Workshop.

The training engaged 25 community leaders and non-profit managers, focusing on problem tree analysis, logical framework matrix design, stakeholder mapping, risk mitigation, and quantitative/qualitative impact measurement.

Participants developed actionable program proposals tailored to addressing local community challenges and established cross-sector collaborative networks.

This initiative supports SDG 17: Partnerships for the Goals by bolstering institutional capacity and grassroots governance.
