The Indonesian Inspiration Building Foundation (YIIM) and PT Insight Investments Management proudly supported an exceptional alumnus of YIIM’s Barista Training program from Riau in advancing to compete at the prestigious National Coffee Championship in Jakarta.

Originally entering the training with basic curiosity about the coffee sector, the young barista demonstrated outstanding dedication, sensory acuity, and technical discipline throughout the intensive coaching program. Mentored by certified national judges and specialty coffee experts from YIIM, he refined complex manual brewing variables, flavor extraction profiling, and presentation stagecraft.

His impressive performance at the national stage earned widespread recognition from industry leaders and served as an inspirational testament to youth empowerment in provincial regions.

YIIM and Insight remain committed to identifying, nurturing, and facilitating talented youth from grassroots communities to reach national and international career pinnacles.

This achievement highlights progress under SDG 4: Quality Education, SDG 8: Decent Work and Economic Growth, and SDG 10: Reduced Inequalities.
