Higher education plays a transformative role in nurturing competent human capital capable of driving regional economic prosperity and social progress. Ensuring accessible scholarship opportunities for outstanding underprivileged youth is vital to breaking intergenerational poverty cycles.

Continuing its nationwide educational mission, the Indonesian Inspiration Building Foundation (Yayasan Inspirasi Indonesia Membangun / YIIM) awarded its 2nd-year university scholarship program to students at Bahaudin Mudhary University of Madura (UNIBA Madura) on Friday, 13 September 2019.

The scholarship award ceremony was presided over by YIIM Supervisor Budi Cahaya and the Rector of UNIBA Madura at the university campus. The event coincided with the formal transition of the institution into university status. Following the ceremony, a closed-door mentoring session was held with first- and second-year scholarship recipients to evaluate academic achievements and foster career aspirations.

Through these grants, YIIM strives to alleviate educational financial burdens, inspire academic excellence, and cultivate skilled graduates ready to contribute meaningfully to Madura and the nation.

This program supports the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), notably SDG 4: Quality Education, SDG 10: Reduced Inequalities, and SDG 17: Partnerships for the Goals.

Inspiration Greetings!
