This time, the assistance took the form of handing over 200 basic food packages, vitamins and masks to 200 heads of families (KK) spread across 19 sub-districts/villages and 9 sub-districts in Kupang Regency and Kupang City, East Nusa Tenggara province on 19-20 September 2020.

The basic food packages distributed consisted of rice, cooking oil, eggs, instant noodles, milk, green beans, sugar, tea and coffee, masks and vitamins.

Chairman of the YIIM Management Chrisbiantoro said that this assistance was a form of concern to share and ease the burden on the community, especially in the midst of the corona virus or Covid-19 pandemic.

“This activity is a form of our concern to ease the burden on the community, especially during the Covid pandemic. We hope that the community, especially in NTT, will always be healthy and can get through this pandemic,” he said in a written broadcast on Monday (21/9/2020).

This program, he continued, is part of YIIM’s work program, namely social and humanitarian assistance which is one of a total of four major YIIM programs, including community empowerment, environment and education.

Meanwhile, Dwi Laksmi Anggitha Sari as a representative from PT Insight Investments Management (INSIGHT) expressed her gratitude for holding this event.

The woman who is familiarly called Githa expressed her gratitude for being able to share with the people of NTT.

“We are grateful to be able to share with our brothers and sisters, especially in NTT, hopefully the assistance from PT Insight Investments Management (INSIGHT) can ease the burden on the local community,” he said.

In a social service event in NTT, YIIM and PT Insight Investments Management (INSIGHT) collaborated with Aulora Agrava Modok, a social and humanitarian activist from Kupang who has been involved in various social activities for a long time.

“The community members who received this assistance were really helped, very happy. We hope that more people will pay attention to the plight of small communities, especially in areas far from the National Capital. We hope that this pandemic will pass soon and the community will continue to be given health,” said Ola.

As is known, PT Insight Investments Management (INSIGHT) as an investment company has distributed a number of aid to communities in remote areas of the archipelago.

One of them was realized through social assistance distributed during the Covid-19 pandemic from June to September 2020.

From June to September 2020, YIIM and PT Insight Investments Management (INSIGHT) have carried out many social programs to help overcome the Covid-19 pandemic.

Some of the assistance that has been distributed includes 1000 PPE, disinfectant for places of worship and public places in Jakarta in collaboration with PMI South Jakarta and Baznas.

Apart from that, the delivery of aid in the form of packaged rice and basic necessities for communities spread across Jabodetabek and internet assistance and stationery for teachers and students affected by Covid-19 in the Jabodetabek area.
