On Thursday, March 13 2025, the Indonesian Building Inspiration Foundation (YIIM) supported by PT Insight Investments Management (INSIGHT) (INSIGHT) held one of a series of activities in the Gempita Ramadhan program, namely the activity of sharing iftar packages and free hair shaving. There were 2 barber training alumni who contributed to this activity, namely Ageng Patmoko who was a 2019 barber training alumni and Budi Saputra who was a 2024 barber training alumni.

This activity was carried out at the Bina Anak Pertiwi Foundation, this foundation is an institution that focuses on handling orphans and street children which is run by 21 foundation administrators. Currently, the total number of active children assisted by the Pertiwi Child Development Foundation is 318 children with ages ranging from 5 years to 18 years. Almost all of the children assisted by the Bina Anak Pertiwi Foundation remain with their families, only 8 of the children assisted live at the Bina Anak Pertiwi Foundation.

During the activity, the children were very enthusiastic about queuing to shave their hair which was starting to get long. This enthusiasm is not only felt by children, but several residents around the foundation also want to shave their hair so they look neater and fresher during Eid al-Fitr. Apart from free haircuts, YIIM and INSIGHT also provided various iftar packages consisting of takjil and 50 packages of heavy food which were distributed to children and residents around the Bina Anak Pertiwi Foundation.

This event is in line with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) program, especially SDGs Number 2 regarding eliminating hunger and providing access to safe and nutritious food. YIIM together with INSIGHT continues to be committed to spreading inspiration to various community groups and various regions in Indonesia. Hopefully this activity can inspire people to share with each other
