YIIM Webinar Series 1 Helps Youth Build a Strong Personal Brand for Careers
Fifty-two participants joined an interactive online session to define their unique strengths, build a professional digital footprint on LinkedIn, and boost career confidence.
Personal branding has become a vital asset for career navigation in the digital era. To help young people develop a professional identity and stand out in the competitive job market, Yayasan Inspirasi Indonesia Membangun (YIIM) together with PT Insight Investments Management held the Inspiration Webinar Series 1: Personal Branding 101.
The online event was attended by 52 participants from various regions across Indonesia, comprising university students, fresh graduates, and young job seekers.
Expert speakers discussed how to identify core personal strengths, align digital presence across professional platforms like LinkedIn, craft engaging career narratives, and maintain authentic professional credibility.
Participants also took part in an interactive Q&A session and received resume and portfolio optimization tips.
This initiative supports SDG 4: Quality Education and SDG 8: Decent Work and Economic Growth.
