Participants attend YIIM Webinar Series 2 on workplace rights and legal risks

As part of the Inspiration Webinar Series, Yayasan Inspirasi Indonesia Membangun (YIIM) and PT Insight Investments Management organized Webinar Series 2 focused on labor literacy and workplace risk awareness.

The webinar engaged 48 students and recent graduates, delivering crucial insights into Indonesian labor regulations, standard employment contracts, severance clauses, workplace health and safety (K3), and strategies to identify and avoid fraudulent job postings.

Legal and HR practitioners guided participants through simulated contract reviews and answered questions regarding workplace ethics and dispute resolution.

This initiative supports SDG 8: Decent Work and Economic Growth by protecting young job seekers and promoting decent work conditions.
