Fransisca Natalia is a shining example of how vocational education can unlock limitless potential. Beginning her journey as a participant in the Barista Training program organized by the Indonesian Inspiration Building Foundation (YIIM) and PT Insight Investments Management, Fransisca rapidly evolved into an influential figure in the specialty coffee community.

Building on the foundation acquired during training, Fransisca deepened her expertise in sensory evaluation, green bean grading, roast profiles, and cafe operations. She launched her own successful specialty coffee shop and subsequently earned professional certifications as a barista trainer.

Today, Fransisca serves as a lead instructor in YIIM’s vocational training programs, mentoring dozens of aspiring baristas from marginalized backgrounds, persons with disabilities, and correctional facility inmates. She also operates a coffee consultancy guiding new F&B startups across Greater Jakarta.

Fransisca’s journey underscores the transformative power of sustainable empowerment programs that turn beneficiaries into leaders and mentors who uplift others.
