The Setapak! 2025 social program, initiated by the Indonesian Students Association in Australia (PPIA) at the University of Melbourne, has once again been carried out as a tangible contribution to the education of children in Indonesia. This year, Setapak! 2025 focused on the development of SDN Way 1 Lunik, located in Way Lunik, Bandar Lampung.

The implementation of Setapak! 2025 received support from various parties, including the Inspirasi Indonesia Membangun Foundation (YIIM), supported by PT. Insight Investments Management as the activity’s sponsor. Through this support, the series of activities were carried out over three days, covering renovation of school facilities, interactive learning sessions, and provision of supplies and supporting learning materials for students.

The learning program was attended by approximately 180 children, with activities consisting of educational games, English lessons, and distribution of bags containing stationery and appreciation gifts. During the activities, the children also received refreshments in the form of drinking water and daily snacks to support their learning comfort.

In addition, 26 volunteers were directly involved in the implementation of the activities. Sponsor support made it possible to meet the volunteers’ operational needs, including transportation, accommodation, meals, and activity equipment, enabling the entire program to run smoothly.

Setapak! 2025 is proof that collaboration between student communities, social foundations, and corporate partners can bring about real change. More than just a program, Setapak! is a meaningful small step toward building a more decent, inclusive, and sustainable learning environment, so that every child has an equal opportunity to dream and grow.

Because from one simple step, a better future can begin.

Salam Inspirasi!
