Participants practice air-conditioning cleaning and service skills

Yayasan Inspirasi Indonesia Membangun (YIIM) and PT Insight Investments Management organized a three-day intensive Air Conditioner (AC) Servicing and Maintenance Workshop in Jakarta.

Ten job seekers and laid-off workers learned AC thermodynamics, electrical wiring diagnostics, copper tube bending and flaring, system vacuuming, R32/R410A refrigerant charging, and pressure cleaning.

Participants practiced directly on operational AC units and received starter servicing toolkits upon graduation.

This initiative aligns with SDG 8: Decent Work and Economic Growth, opening reliable employment and entrepreneurial opportunities.
