Apatte62 Advances Energy-Efficient Vehicle Innovation at Shell Eco-Marathon 2024
Supported by Insight and YIIM, Universitas Brawijaya's Apatte62 Team won 1st Place in Hydrogen Prototype and 2nd Place in Urban Electric at Shell Eco-Marathon Asia-Pacific and Middle East 2024.
Yayasan Inspirasi Indonesia Membangun (YIIM) and PT Insight Investments Management supported Universitas Brawijaya’s Apatte62 student engineering team in competing at the prestigious Shell Eco-Marathon Asia-Pacific and Middle East 2024 held at the Mandalika International Circuit, Lombok.
The team achieved outstanding international recognition, securing 1st Place in the Hydrogen Prototype category with their Anagata FCV vehicle and 2nd Place in the Urban Electric category with their Marsela EV car.
The sponsorship, channeled through the Insight Renewable Energy Fund, demonstrates how sustainable investment funds can advance clean tech research and inspire young innovators to pioneer zero-emission mobility solutions.
This initiative contributes directly to SDG 7: Affordable and Clean Energy, SDG 13: Climate Action, and SDG 17: Partnerships for the Goals.
