Pelatihan Baking Class Batch 2

JAKARTA. The Indonesian Inspiration Development Foundation (Yayasan Inspirasi Indonesia Membangun / YIIM) has once again conducted a vocational training initiative through the Baking Class Training Batch 2, held at the YIIM office in Jakarta on April 28, 2019.

This culinary and pastry making training aims to provide practical entrepreneurial inspiration for the community, while enhancing productive skills to sustainably strengthen family economic independence.

The Baking Class Training Batch 2 was attended by 22 participants comprising members of the general public and students from Pondok Pesantren Cahaya Quran. Throughout the session, participants received hands-on technical guidance covering recipes, dough processing techniques, kitchen hygiene management, and practical strategies for starting independent culinary businesses.

This empowerment program represents YIIM’s tangible commitment to supporting the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), particularly SDG 1 (No Poverty), SDG 4 (Quality Education) through inclusive vocational training, SDG 8 (Decent Work and Economic Growth), and SDG 17 (Partnerships for the Goals) through meaningful collaboration with religious institutions and community organizations.
