Yayasan Inspirasi Indonesia Membangun (YIIM) and PT Insight Investments Management published their 2022 annual report highlighting successful economic empowerment, education, humanitarian aid, and environmental initiatives serving 15,161 beneficiaries.

Supported by barista coffee training, an internship at Kafe Inspirasi, and business equipment capital assistance from YIIM and LPSK, terrorism survivor Vivi Normasari successfully overcame adversity to establish her own independent coffee shop.

YIIM and PT Insight Investments Management distributed iftar meal packages, handed out cash donations to orphaned children, and hosted a free haircut service for underprivileged community members in Kebayoran Baru, South Jakarta.

Thanks to technical AC washing and repair training, business management coaching, and equipment grants from YIIM and PT Insight Investments Management, Isnaini Hasan successfully established and expanded his independent AC service enterprise.

Empowered by frozen food culinary training and cooking equipment assistance from YIIM, Tumini Tuban, a 2002 Bali bombing survivor, successfully established a home-based food enterprise to become the primary breadwinner for her family.

YIIM organized a two-day entrepreneurship management workshop covering financial bookkeeping, business licensing, marketing strategies, and barista fundamentals for 15 correctional clients and former terrorism inmates at Bapas Class I Malang.

Supported by tiered barista training programs, university scholarship funding, and intensive mentoring from YIIM and PT Insight Investments Management, Humam Hasan, a former inmate, transformed into a professional barista trainer and earned his bachelor's degree.
