YIIM organized a two-day entrepreneurship management workshop covering financial bookkeeping, business licensing, marketing strategies, and barista fundamentals for 15 correctional clients and former terrorism inmates at Bapas Class I Malang.

YIIM, in partnership with PT Pertamina Training and Consulting, delivered barista training, business mentoring, and coffee brewing equipment support to Ari Afriyadi, empowering him to establish and operate his own independent coffee shop.

Equipped with frozen food culinary training, business coaching, and production equipment grants from YIIM and PT Pertamina Training and Consulting, Ambar Yuliasiwi successfully developed a thriving home culinary enterprise to support her family.

Through barista coffee training, digital marketing mentorship, and equipment capital assistance from YIIM and PT Pertamina Training and Consulting, Aries Andriyanto, an entrepreneur with disabilities, successfully built and expanded his Warung Kopi Uhhuuy coffee shop.

Through barbershop skill training, an intensive apprenticeship at Barbershop Inspirasi, and university scholarship support from YIIM and PT Insight Investments Management, Hermanto successfully became a skilled professional barber while pursuing his degree.

Supported by tiered barista training programs, university scholarship funding, and intensive mentoring from YIIM and PT Insight Investments Management, Humam Hasan, a former inmate, transformed into a professional barista trainer and earned his bachelor's degree.

Supported by PT Insight Investments Management, YIIM provided barbershop entrepreneurship training, an apprenticeship program, and complete haircutting equipment grants to help its assisted trainee establish an independent village barbershop business.

YIIM, collaborating with LPSK RI and UNODC, presented business equipment packages for coffee baristas and culinary ventures to terrorism victims and survivors who completed comprehensive entrepreneurship training and internship programs.

YIIM, together with LPSK and UNODC, hosted the closing ceremony for the barista internship at Kedai Kopi Inspirasi while handing over coffee brewing equipment kits to terrorism survivors to start their own independent cafes.
