Pemberian Beasiswa YIIM untuk Mahasiswa ITB

Education is a fundamental pillar in developing quality human resources and accelerating national progress. To ensure that the potential of the younger generation can flourish optimally, access to higher education must be accessible to all segments of society without economic constraints.

Demonstrating a firm commitment to empowering education, the Indonesian Inspiration Building Foundation (Yayasan Inspirasi Indonesia Membangun / YIIM), in collaboration with the ITB Chemical Engineering Alumni Association (IATKITB), disbursed educational scholarships totaling IDR 50,000,000 (Fifty Million Rupiah) to five undergraduate students of Chemical Engineering at Institut Teknologi Bandung (ITB) for the 2019/2020 academic year.

The symbolic handover took place on Sunday, 14 July 2019, during the IATKITB Halal Bihalal gathering held at Resto Casa Suk, Jakarta. The scholarship was handed over directly by Budi Cahaya, member of the YIIM Board of Trustees, and received by Ir. Ricky Hikmawan Wargakusumah, Chairman of IATKITB.

This scholarship grant is designed to alleviate tuition fees and academic living expenses for high-achieving students with financial needs, enabling them to concentrate fully on their studies and scientific development.

Through this initiative, YIIM and IATKITB hope to inspire recipients to maintain academic excellence, complete their degrees on schedule, and subsequently utilize their chemical engineering expertise to create meaningful impact for society, industry, and the nation.

This scholarship program directly contributes to the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), specifically SDG 4: Quality Education, SDG 10: Reduced Inequalities, and SDG 17: Partnerships for the Goals.

Inspiration Greetings!
