To further upgrade the commercial capabilities of culinary alumni, the Indonesian Inspiration Building Foundation (YIIM) in collaboration with PT Insight Investments Management and Titan Baking held an Advanced Baking Masterclass in South Jakarta.

The intensive masterclass was attended by eight selected micro-entrepreneurs, including culinary alumni with disabilities and female micro-business owners. Guided by master pastry chefs, participants learned advanced techniques in laminated doughs, artisanal breads, customized flavor infusions, and precision temperature management.

Beyond culinary techniques, the session explored commercial recipe scaling, shelf-life extension without artificial preservatives, high-efficiency production workflows, and modern product presentation for catering orders.

Participants expressed immense gratitude for the mentorship, noting that the specialized masterclass gave them the confidence and technical precision needed to expand their premium product offerings and secure corporate snack-box orders.
