Yayasan Inspirasi Indonesia Membangun (YIIM) and PT Insight Investments Management conducted a professional face makeup training workshop in Jakarta, equipping 14 underprivileged women, including a participant with visual impairment, with commercial beauty skills.

YIIM, in collaboration with PT Insight Investments Management (INSIGHT) and the Carenang District Dharma Wanita Persatuan, organized professional makeup training in Serang Regency, Banten. The workshop trained 25 women and preschool educators to foster entrepreneurship in the beauty sector.

Through continuous entrepreneurship mentoring by YIIM and PT Insight Investments Management (INSIGHT), barista alumnus Ezra Ollyn successfully expanded his "Ribelle Coffee" business and attained national barista certification (BNSP). The program facilitated coffee shop partnerships and enhanced digital market sales.

Through the entrepreneurship mentoring program by YIIM and PT Insight Investments Management (INSIGHT), barista alumna Fransisca Natalia successfully expanded "Kedai Kopi Sasca", opening a new outlet and becoming a coffee consultant. Continuous guidance strengthened her business management capacity and financial independence.

YIIM, supported by PT Insight Investments Management alongside barber alumnus Syaifulloh, conducted a free online barbering workshop for individuals affected by Covid-19 to share practical skills for establishing independent barbershops.

YIIM and PT Insight Investments Management provided vocational barber training, intensive business incubation, and professional equipment grants to empower program graduates in establishing independent barbershops and becoming professional barber trainers.
