On June 18, 2024, coinciding with the celebration of Eid al-Adha 2024, Yayasan Inspirasi Indonesia Membangun (YIIM), through its Humanitarian, Social, and Religious Program supported by Insight Investments Management (Insight Investments), distributed sacrificial meat assistance consisting of one cow valued at IDR 35,000,000 (thirty-five million Indonesian rupiah), implemented in cooperation with Yayasan Al-Maghfirah.

This year, Yayasan Al-Maghfirah conducted its Qurbani program under the theme “Kurban Hebat”. The initiative aimed to support government efforts in achieving the zero stunting agenda. Beneficiaries encompassed underprivileged individuals (*dhuafa*), orphaned children, and other vulnerable groups in need, particularly those in underdeveloped, frontier, and outermost (3T) regions.

The slaughtering and packaging process took place at the Cibinong Slaughterhouse (RPH), Bogor Regency, West Java. The processing yielded 135 boxes of pure meat weighing 1 kg per thinwall container. The sacrificial meat was distributed to underprivileged community members across two areas: 100 beneficiaries in Kampung Cipicung, Mekarsari Village, Cileungsi District, Bogor Regency, West Java, and 35 beneficiaries around Graha BPJamsostek, Karet Semanggi, South Jakarta. The program successfully met the essential dietary protein and nutritional needs of the beneficiaries from the distributed meat.

This program aligns with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), particularly SDG 1: End Poverty in all its forms everywhere, SDG 2: Zero Hunger, and SDG 17: Partnerships for the Goals. The aid exemplifies the Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and social stewardship (TJSL) of Insight Investments, embodying INSIGHT’s spirit of transforming investments into social impact and YIIM’s spirit of spreading inspiration to foster positive energy for a better Indonesia.

YIIM is a non-profit organization dedicated to serving people from all walks of life, established by social and humanitarian advocates. To realize these goals, YIIM remains receptive to all forms of partnership across society so assistance can be effectively channeled to beneficiaries in need.

Salam Inspirasi!
