Food Aid, Vitamins, and Masks Distribution for Residents of Mulyasejati Village, Karawang
Yayasan Inspirasi Indonesia Membangun (YIIM), supported by PT Insight Investments Management, delivered grocery relief packages, multivitamins, and medical masks to underprivileged residents affected by Covid-19 in Mulyasejati Village, Karawang Regency, West Java.

On December 19, 2020, Yayasan Inspirasi Indonesia Membangun (YIIM), alongside its primary partner PT Insight Investments Management—an investment management firm deeply committed to social and humanitarian causes in Indonesia—held a community outreach program to alleviate the hardships of families affected by Covid-19.
On this occasion, YIIM and PT Insight delivered social assistance directly to residents of Mulyasejati Village, Ciampel District, Karawang Regency, West Java Province.
This social assistance program aligns with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), particularly SDG 1: No Poverty and SDG 2: Zero Hunger.
As a non-profit organization, YIIM has collaborated closely with PT Insight throughout the pandemic to deliver diverse aid packages across multiple regions of Indonesia under the humanitarian initiative "Social Assistance Across the Archipelago."
In Mulyasejati Village, Karawang Regency, assistance was distributed to 100 heads of households in the form of basic groceries, vitamins, and protective masks. The grocery packages included rice, cooking oil, sugar, chicken eggs, tea, milk, and instant noodles.
The beneficiaries were community members severely affected by Covid-19, predominantly smallholder subsistence farmers and informal daily laborers who experienced severe economic distress due to the health crisis.
The distribution of relief was actively supported by village officials, youth members of Karang Taruna, and local community elders.
Jumadi, Village Head of Mulyasejati, expressed deep gratitude in his welcoming address: "We are extremely grateful and thankful to PT Insight and YIIM for the generous assistance extended to our villagers. These provisions are immensely helpful as we endure this difficult period caused by Covid-19. May Almighty God richly reward all your goodwill."
"We carefully selected the 100 beneficiary recipients to ensure that this aid is allocated accurately to those in genuine need," Jumadi added.
Chrisbiantoro, Chairperson of YIIM, who was on-site to deliver the aid personally, encouraged residents to maintain discipline regarding preventive health protocols.
"This assistance is presented symbolically to 20 representative recipients, while the rest will be delivered door-to-door by the local committee to prevent community crowding. We sincerely hope everyone remains blessed with good health," Chrisbiantoro said.
Most residents attending the symbolic handover were elderly individuals accompanied by their grandchildren, who conveyed heartfelt thanks for the support they received.
Representing PT Insight Investments Management, Dwi Laksmi Anggita Sari conveyed her hope that the community remains healthy and that the distributed aid bolsters the food security and resilience of vulnerable families during the Covid-19 pandemic.
