On December 26, 2022, embodying corporate social responsibility grounded in the philosophy of "Transforming Investments to Social Impact," PT Insight Investments Management (INSIGHT) entrusted Yayasan Inspirasi Indonesia Membangun (YIIM) with humanitarian outreach resources. Operating through its Social Humanitarian and Religious Program, YIIM partnered with the Krakatau Steel Welfare Management Agency (Badan Pengelola Kesejahteraan Krakatau Steel / BAPELKES KS) to sponsor a free mass circumcision initiative for orphans, underprivileged children, and the general public. This health campaign directly aligns with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), notably SDG 3 (Good Health and Well-Being for All) and SDG 17 (Partnerships for the Goals).

The health program was hosted at the Medika Jatiendah Clinic, located in Cilengkrang District, Bandung Regency, West Java. A total of 25 children from economically disadvantaged households and orphaned backgrounds received comprehensive medical circumcision services free of charge.

The proceedings opened with remarks from Suriadi Arif, Director of Bapelkes KS: "Coinciding with the formal inauguration of the Medika Jatiendah Clinic and the execution of this mass circumcision, we hope to relieve the financial hurdles faced by families. We extend our sincere gratitude to PT Insight Investments Management and YIIM for facilitating and funding this humanitarian initiative. May Bapelkes KS, INSIGHT, and YIIM continue to foster impactful collaborations that advance the welfare of underserved communities."

Following the opening ceremony, circumcisions were conducted by six certified health practitioners from the Medika Jatiendah Clinic utilizing safe clinical protocols. In addition to complimentary medical procedures, every participating child received celebratory gift bags and recovery care supplies. Families of the participants conveyed profound appreciation for the initiative sponsored by INSIGHT, YIIM, and Bapelkes KS, emphasizing how it relieved significant financial burdens, especially for households unable to afford private clinical circumcision costs, and expressed their hope for future collaborative clinics.
