On August 25, 2022, in Srengseng Sawah, Jagakarsa District, South Jakarta, Yayasan Inspirasi Indonesia Membangun (YIIM), through its Social, Humanitarian, and Religious Program supported by PT Insight Investments Management (INSIGHT), distributed vital medical and mobility equipment to 20 beneficiaries comprising war veterans, widows of war veterans, and retired Indonesian Army (TNI AD) personnel.

YIIM and INSIGHT carried out this medical equipment distribution in partnership with the Alliance of State Housing Residents (APRN) and the local Elderly Health Post (Posyandu Lansia) in Srengseng Sawah, Jagakarsa, South Jakarta.

The assistance was provided to 20 beneficiaries, consisting of 8 war veterans, 10 veteran widows, and 2 retired TNI AD servicemen. The medical and mobility equipment package included: 3 single-point walking canes, 4 tripod walking canes, 5 pairs of eyeglasses, 5 wheelchairs, 2 Omron nebulizers, 4 Omron digital blood pressure monitors, 2 oxygen tanks, 2 hearing aids, 1 medical folding chair, and 10 blood glucose monitoring kits.

This initiative aligns directly with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), particularly SDG 1 (No Poverty) and SDG 3 (Good Health and Well-Being).

During the ceremony, CSR Coordinator of PT Insight Investments Management, Mr. Suluh Tripambudi Rahardjo, stated: "In commemoration of Indonesia’s Independence Day on August 17, 2022, we are deeply grateful for the opportunity to honor and support our war veterans, veteran widows, and retired TNI AD personnel. This support package includes vital medical aids such as oxygen cylinders, wheelchairs, canes, and diagnostic devices. This aid reflects our genuine gratitude in honoring the heroic sacrifices of our 1945 independence fighters. It embodies INSIGHT’s overarching commitment: transforming investments into social impact. We hope these supplies bring real comfort to our esteemed elders in need."

Speaking on behalf of YIIM, Program Manager Achmad Fanani Rosyidi remarked: "As the operational partner of PT Insight Investments Management, YIIM is privileged to share with our independence war veterans. Delivered in celebration of Indonesian Independence Day on August 17, we hope this medical assistance proves profoundly beneficial for their daily well-being."

Expressing heartfelt appreciation, I Made Rampeg, one of the recipient war veterans, shared: "We are deeply thankful to PT INSIGHT and YIIM for delivering this medical and mobility support. We are extremely grateful, as these devices will be tremendously useful in our daily lives."
